Our program
No Gi
No-Gi Jiu Jitsu is a faster-paced style of training done without the traditional uniform. Instead of using gi grips, students wear athletic shorts and a rashguard or fitted t-shirt.
We offer No-Gi Jiu Jitsu once a week on Saturdays. This class focuses on movement, control, takedowns, submissions, escapes, and body positioning. It’s a great way to sharpen your grappling and add a different style of training to your week.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has roots in Japanese jiu jitsu and judo, but was developed in Brazil by the Gracie family into the art we know today. It became known for showing how a smaller person can defend themselves against a larger, stronger opponent by using leverage, timing, technique, and control instead of strength alone.
Our classes focus on building a strong foundation through self-defense, takedowns, positional control, escapes, submissions, and live training. Whether you’re brand new or have experience, our coaches will help you learn at your own pace, build confidence, and continue improving on the mats.

Kids Program
Our kids program is designed to help students learn jiu jitsu in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Classes are separated by age group so each child can train with students closer to their age and experience level.
We offer classes for ages 4–6, 7–9, and 10+. Each group focuses on age-appropriate techniques, movement, coordination, discipline, teamwork, and respect. Students also learn practical self-defense skills and anti-bullying awareness, helping them feel more prepared, confident, and capable in everyday situations.
